Kayaking around the Woronora river for me not only gives that much needed upperbody and core workout, it also is one of the best forms of mental relaxation.
The added bonus is the variety of birds, marine life and other strange but interesting creatures you get to see along the way, making this a very rewarding experience all around.
I regularly see a pair of White Bellied Sea Eagles who have made the upper regions of the "Wonny" their home.
